Nazenin V was launched recently at the RMK Marine Shipyard in Tuzla, Turkey. The elegant aluminium 52m ketch was launched on the new specialist custom design rail slipway at the yard. The yacht dominated the slipway, which is designed to carry vessels with a capacity of up to 60m in length and 685 tonnes.
RMK Marine have announced that Muir Winches Australia have been appointed as suppliers to their new 45m Motor Yacht project.
RMK Marine have used a new application method for the hull painting for Nazenin V the Sparkman & Stephens 52m ketch currently under construction.
The project to build the Ron Holland designed 45m Motoryacht at RMK Marine is well underway with the main metal structures now complete the yacht has been moved into position in its fit-out workshop. The crew accommodation joinery work is almost complete on the mock-up and the spaces look wonderfully comfortable so that the owner will have a happy crew!

RMK Marine have just unveiled the new facilities which will be used for the Dubois designed Oysters to be built in.
RMK Marine has successfully implemented the use of resin-infusion technology in the construction of the new Oyster superyachts. This technique is used by only a few shipyards locally and a significant development for both Oyster Marine and RMK Marine.
This month has seen the one piece deckhouse successfully fitted on Nazenin V, the 52m aluminium ketch currently in build at RMK Marine in Turkey. The 19 tonne alloy structure is 27m long 8m wide and was lifted with 4 overhead factory cranes clearing the hull with just 40mm to spare and fitting into the deck rebate perfectly.
The masts for the 52m ketch Nazenin V being built at RMK Marine in Turkey have been delivered. The all carbon spar package has been produced by Southern Spars.
RMK Marine has revealed their plans for a new specialist slipway for the yard. The new slipway is a custom designed rail slipway, which has a maximum capacity of 685 tonnes. Vessels are launched and recovered on a combination of water and land cars running on a track which makes the whole operation smooth and efficient. Haul outs can also be performed quickly and efficiently with the new system.
As the project to build the 52m Sparkman & Stephens designed ketch Nazenin V progresses RMK Marine have announced that Ocean Yacht Systems has supplied a full standing rigging package to the boat including custom hull deck interfaces.
RMK Marine has appointed is Shearman as the Project Manager on the Ron Holland design 45m Motor Yacht currently in build.
