RMK Marine at the Monaco Yacht Show 2019

RMK Marine is again exhibiting at the prestigious Monaco Yacht Show. From 25 to 28 September 2019, the Turkish shipyard will unveil its new super yacht project at the fair. When the global superyacht industry meets for the Monaco Yacht Show from 25 to 28 September 2019, RMK Marine will also be attending with a stand at Quai l'Hirondelle (QH20), just across the prestigous Yacht Club de Monaco. " This year we have increased the size of our stand to be able to represent most of our yachts and services at the world‘s leading superyacht event“, says Özgür Numan, Yacht Department Director of RMK MARINE. In addition to meetings with owners, captains and future customers, the stand will also serve as a presentation area for a brand new RMK project that the Turkish shipyard from Tuzla is cooperating on with the Milan-based design studio Hot Lab. Özgür Numan explains: “ We are currently developing a new motoryacht concept based on the expertise with our RMK58 platform. The new concept will have a longer hull, sleeker and modern lines creating a yacht with low interior volume but large exterior areas ensuring a cost efficient superyacht. The pure, sleek and minimalist lines and the nature of the design will attract a lot of clients who can influence the creation of their yacht too; parts of the superstructure and the whole interior can be adapted to the owner’s wishes. The new RMK will also have electrical propulsion as an option; low CO2 print building and low emission operations will be two important design targets of the yacht.“
