A NEW ERA FOR YACHT BUILDING

The new RMK Yachts shipyard in Yalova, set to commence operations in 2027, brings 70,000 sqm of dedicated yacht-building facilities directly on the waterfront. Designed to set a new benchmark for yacht construction in Türkiye, the shipyard combines advanced engineering, modern infrastructure, and a sustainability-focused vision.

The Yalova facility has been developed with a holistic approach that reflects the unique sensitivities of yacht construction—where aesthetics, engineering precision, and long term performance come together. Every detail, from architectural planning to production flow and material logistics, has been shaped to support efficient, high-quality yacht building.

The new campus will bring together maritime-inspired offices, modern production halls and hangars, and thoughtfully designed social spaces. These include gyms, cafés, training and relaxation areas, guest suites, and dedicated hospitality zones for owners and partners. The development will also feature a yachting museum created with the Rahmi M. Koç Museum, as well as docking and marina services covering around 5,000 sqm in partnership with Setur Marina.
